Every person has a unique story that defines and shapes us into the beautiful imperfect beings that we are. Each event of joy and misfortune alike is a paragraph in the chapters of our lives. These words can tell the tale of new growth and understanding, or the storyline can derail us from our life’s purpose. My role is to hear your story and offer a new perspective to help you find your way, and make positive changes in your life. I help shed new light on your story, and offer tools to develop communication, become shame resilient, foster compassion, build skills to control thoughts and emotions, or simply gain more insight into the true self.
